Elon Reeve Musk, FRS is an entrepreneur and business magnate. He was born on June 28, 1971 (age 50) in Pretoria, Transvaal, South Africa. He was born to a Canadian mother, Maye Musk, and a South African father, Errol Musk. He completed his education at the University of Pennsylvania (BS, BA).

He is the founder, CEO, and Chief  Engineer of  SpaceX. He is the CEO and product architect of Tesla, Inc. He is the founder of the Boring Company and X.com (now part of Pay Pal). He is also the co-founder of Boring, Neuralink, Open A1, and Zip2.

Zip2

It is Elon Musk’s 1st Company. The founder of Zip2 is Elon Musk, and his brother, Kimbal Musk. It was founded in 1995. It was funded by Angel Investors. Its headquarters are in Palo Alto, California, US. It was a great success. He sold it to Compaq for $ 307 million in cash in February 1999. Musk Received a 7 percent share and that was $22 million.

X.com and PayPal

It was Co-founded by Elon Musk. It was founded in November 1999. X.com was an online bank. He was appointed as the CEO of  X.com. Elon Musk merged the company with confinity Inc., a software-based in Silicon Valley. The merged company was named Pay Pal. Elon bought Pay Pal for the US $ 1.5 billion in 2002.

SPACEX

The founder of SpaceX is Elon Musk. It was founded on 6th May 2002, 19 years ago. It is a private type company. Its headquarter’s is in Hawthorne, California, United States. The number of employees is over 9,500. The product that they launched is:- Several launch vehicles, Several rocket engines, Dragon capsules, Starship (in development), Starlink, ASDS landing platforms.

The founder of Tesla is Elon Musk. It was founded on 1st July 2003, San Carlos, California, United States. The headquarter of Tesla Inc. is in Austin, Texas, United States. The first-tesla product was debuted in 2008, then came the Model S sedan, in 2012, then came Model X SUV in 2015. After Model X SUV came the Model 3 which was also called semi tesla came in 2019. In 2020, tesla introduced Cybertruck which is better than traditional trucks. Modely compact SUV does customer services deliveries in early 2020.

Music ventures

Musk released two songs on Sound Cloud. He released a rap track, “RIP Harambe” on the 30th of March, 2019. Harambe was a gorilla in Cincinnati zoo, who was killed. The event was performed by Yung Jake and written by Yung Jake and Caroline Polachek. It was produced by Blood pop. Then comes “Don’t Doubt Ur Vibe”, which was released on the 30th of January, 2020. It is described as indistinguishable by the guardian critic Alexi Petridis.

Donations and non-profits

Elon Musk is a very kind-hearted man. He is the chairman of a foundation, named Musk foundation which provides solar power energy systems in disaster areas. Next comes Wikimedia Foundation, vox described it as “entertaining in its simplicity and yet is strikingly opaque”. He gave $ 25 million to nonprofits; Musk’s Open AI got half of it. X prize is also a foundation in which Musk is a trustee. Carbon Capture technology is a technology that Elon wants to develop and as a prize, he wants to donate $ 100 million.

WEALTH

Elon Musk is the second richest person in the world. When E-bay bought Pay pal, he made $ 165 million. $ 27 billion is the net worth at the start of 2020, then increased to $150 billion. Then it dropped in September to $16.3 billion. Again in January 2021, he got a net worth of $185 billion. Then again on 27th September 2021, he had a net worth of $200 billion. After that Musk became the first person with a net worth of over $300 billion. As Elon Musk saying “I always invest my own money in the companies that I create. I don’t believe in the whole thing of just using other people to invest in something if I’m not prepared to do so myself”.
